Love, Grow, & Serve

To help an increasing number of people to discover the venture of loving God, growing Faith, and Serving others.

At Christ Chapel we strive to love God because as Jesus said in Matthew 22:37-38 “You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment.” We desire to experience a life filled with God’s love and a relationship with our Lord.

At Christ Chapel we work towards growing our faith in Jesus Christ. As Paul writes in Romans 1:17 “This good news tells us how God makes us right in His sight. This is accomplished from start to finish by faith. As the Scriptures say, ‘It is through faith that a righteous person has life.’” The more we grow in our faith the closer we get to God and life everlasting.

At Christ Chapel we strive to serve people. All peoples because as Jesus commanded in Matthew 28:19, “Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.” This means people near and far. What does it mean to make disciples? For Christ Chapel the mission given to us is to serve and love others as Jesus served and loved us. Jesus said in Matthew 20:28, “For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as ransom for many.” and in John 13:34 He gave us a new commandment to “Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other.”

This is what loving God, growing Faith, and Serving people means to Christ Chapel Wesleyan Church.
